As of September 1st 2023 up to October 31st 2023, clients that are illegally using water and/or electricity are offered the opportunity to apply for dispensation, meaning they can apply to have irregularities on their installations corrected without having to pay a fine or paying for the costs related to corrections that have to be done to the installation(s). During the dispensation period, users can apply by clicking on the form and entering their contact information and the concerning address and meter numbers. After correction of the irregularity, the user can continue using water and electricity as each normal connected Aqualectra client.

Outstanding bills and current payment agreements are not included during the dispensation period. This means that the client must comply with the payment thereof.

The user has the opportunity to apply until October 31st, 2023. Hereafter, all irregularities in the distribution systems that are encountered will be acted upon with severe sanctions and high fines. In addition, the user will be reported to the authorities.
