Prolongation ISO certification 14001:2004

Our Management is very pleased to inform you that the company Lloyd's Register, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, has judged the quality and environmental audit positively. The audit took place from November 12 through 18, 2008. Taking into account that this time it was a recertification of our system of environmental management (ISO 14001: 2004), more emphasis was put on these processes. The final conclusion of Lloyd's Register in their own words was that the quality and environmental management growth at Aqualectra is "Extraordinarily good" . This means that our result of the external audit was excellent and we are certainly on the right track. For this reason, Lloyd's Register, Rotterdam, the Netherlands, recommended for a prolongation of the ISO 14001: 2004 certification for another three (3) years until 2011. The Management wants to confer first of all its quality management team, consisting of Austin ( Ottie) Martina, ICE, Manuel do Rego and Henry Schultz, ICE, its Internal Auditors and also all the Employees who have contributed to this result. Our Management continues counting on their dedication and cooperation in the future.
